For a leisure stay or a business trip, you will be ideally located to explore the Ancenis region.From this peaceful and central accommodation, you can enjoy walks along the banks of the Loire, walk along the unmissable Ancenis bridge, stroll in the castle park and why not walk to the guinguette in summer.The house, distributed in duplex, can accommodate up to 6 travelers in its 2 bedrooms and its sofa bed in the living room. On the 2nd floor you will find the 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200) and 2 single beds, as well as the bathroom which has a shower and a vanity unit. The separate toilet is accessible on the 1st floor. Bed linen and towels are provided.What is a watchtower, you might ask? I'll let you "google" it, but that's the special feature of this place: the toilets are in the watchtower!The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. From the kitchen, you can access a small terrace overlooking an interior courtyard.On the ground floor, you can benefit from access to a large garage and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer from the entrance.Entry and departure are independent with a key box system. I remain available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
