General conditions
1. Subject
These general conditions govern the booking and rental of holiday accommodation offered on the website http://www.hote-zen.fr , which is owned by HOTE-ZEN (hereinafter referred to as "the owner").
2. Booking
2.1 Booking procedure: To make a reservation, the user must fill out the booking form available on the website. The reservation will be confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail from the Owner.
2.2 Payments: The reservation will require a payment of 100% of the total rental amount,
2.3 Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@hote-zen.fr. The conditions for reimbursement are as follows:
In case of cancellation, a penalty will be collected:
• 30 days prior to the date of entry, 10% of the total rental amount.
• 30 to 7 days prior, 50%.
• less than 7 days prior, 100%.
There will be no refund if the client voluntarily terminates the services before the end of his stay.
3. Arrival and departure
3.1 Check-in: the check-in time for the accommodation is from 5pm on the day of arrival. If the customer plans to arrive outside of these hours, they must notify us in advance.
3.2 Departure: The departure time is set before 11am on the day of departure. A late check-out without prior agreement may result in additional charges.
4. Occupation
4.1 Number of occupants: The accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people specified in the reservation. No additional guests are allowed without the prior consent of the owner.
4.2. Coexistence rules: hosts must respect the rules of coexistence and civic behavior, avoiding disturbing neighbors. No party or event is allowed without prior authorization.
5. Use of the dwelling
5.1 Liability: The hosts are obliged to maintain the accommodation in good condition and to report any damage or malfunction immediately.
5.2 Prohibitions: It is forbidden to smoke inside the dwelling, as well as any illegal or dangerous activity.
6. Services included
6.1. The rent includes water, electricity, gas, linen, towels and final cleaning unless otherwise stated in the reservation.
6.2. The accommodation is equipped with at least WiFi, TV, appliances such as fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
7. Owner’s liability
7.1 The Host is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by guests during their stay, unless this is directly attributable to the Host’s negligence.
7.2. If, due to force majeure or any other cause not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the customer with another accommodation of equal or higher quality without charge for either party.
8. Data protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection ("DPA"), we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by HOTE-ZEN in order to manage your reservation and your stay.
