Description
Located in the pretty town of Segré, close to Angers (25 minutes), this studio is ideally situated on the banks of the Oudon River in the city center on a quiet pedestrian street. Brand new, you'll appreciate its comfortable interior.
This 2-person studio provides everything you need: a double bed (160x200), a kitchen area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. Bed linens and towels are provided.
A common area with a tumble dryer and space to store your bicycles is available if needed.
Another studio is at the same address, which can be rented in addition to this one for groups of 4 travelers.
Check-in and check-out are independent, with a key-lock system. I'm available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
