This spacious, unique apartment welcomes you to the heart of the town of Candé. You'll enjoy convenient access to all the shops just steps away. A swimming pool and a cinema are accessible from the magnificent Parc de Beaulieu de Candé. A little-known heritage site also awaits you in this charming little town in the Anjou Bleu region. The neighborhood is central yet quiet.
The apartment, a duplex, features a living room that can accommodate up to 6 guests around the large table or the sofa (convertible into a 140cm bed). Television and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
The kitchen with its adjoining dining room will allow early risers to avoid waking others. It is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. The large bedroom will easily accommodate a couple, with space for a travel cot if needed (available as an option upon request). The bedroom/mezzanine is equipped with a 140cm sofa bed and provides access to the recently renovated bathroom. It features a vanity unit and a shower stall. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Parking is no problem, as the building overlooks a square with free parking.
Check-in and check-out are independent, with a key-lock system. I am available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
