This 50m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house with a flowered and enclosed garden that is entirely reserved for you. A stone's throw from the center of St Géréon and 2 km from Ancenis and the Loire, this charming and intimate house offers you a bedroom with a double bed and storage, a bathroom with a vanity unit and a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Its fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher) opens onto a bar and a dining room. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal.
The bright living room opens directly onto the garden. Both the living room and the dining room have a sofa that converts into a double bed to accommodate more travelers. A television and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
Please note: The ceiling of the accommodation is 2.00m high in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Therefore not suitable for giants!
A closed bicycle shelter will accommodate your bikes for fans of La Loire à Vélo or other fans of the little queen.
No worries about parking, with a private car park at the entrance of the building and parking available on the street.
A barbecue is available on site.
Entrance and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
