Description
In Ploudalmézeau, near the center and 5 km from the sea, this small house is located away from traffic, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the tenants are discreet. This house has been completely renovated. It is part of a Breton farmhouse composed of three independent cottages. The furniture is entirely new and comfortable. The decor is a product of our imagination, modern and cozy.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining area, the living room, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and free Wi-Fi are available. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.
You'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether for a short or medium-term stay.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and plenty of storage space.
The accommodation is close to amenities: shops are nearby and within walking distance.
Once your vehicle is parked in the reserved space, you access the cottage through the gravel courtyard. The terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
Check-in and check-out are independent with a key-lock system. I am available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
