Easily accessible from the A11 motorway, between Nantes and Angers, Le Fuilet is 15 minutes from the center of Ancenis-Saint-Géréon. Its proximity to Ancenis (train station, shopping center, cinema, performance hall, etc.) and the banks of the Loire River allow you to combine convenience with the pleasure of exploring the region.
This is an ideal accommodation for your short or medium-term stays.
You will stay in a studio that can accommodate up to 3 people with 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 single bed, a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You will have access to the shared courtyard and swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Independent check-in and check-out with a key-lock system. I'm available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
It's possible to rent other apartments in the same location, or the 20-person villa with its courtyard and pool for private use.
