This large, bright studio located in the heart of the town of Candé is ideal for short or medium-term stays. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
The apartment features a doorless alcove bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a television for your relaxing evenings. Television and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. The bathroom, which features a sink and shower stall, was completely renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels are provided.
No worries about parking, as the building overlooks a square with free parking.
You can enjoy convenient access to all shops just steps from your accommodation. A swimming pool and a cinema are accessible from the magnificent Beaulieu de Candé Park. A little-known heritage site also awaits discovery in this small town in the Anjou Bleu region. The neighborhood is centrally located in the heart of Candé yet remains peaceful.
Check-in and check-out are independent, with a key-lock system. I am available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
