In Ploudalmézeau, near the centre, and 5 km from the sea, this small house is located away from traffic, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighbourhood is peaceful, the tenants discreet. This house has been completely renovated. It is part of a Breton longère comprising 3 independent gîtes.
The KerLudi longère is 35m2, it is non-adjoining and elongated. It has a kitchen-living room of 22m², a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC and washing machine, and a 9m² bedroom with a double bed (160x200). The living area features a sofa bed, with a quality sleeping surface, a height-adjustable coffee table for teleworking sessions or meals in front of your favourite series. Television and WiFi are freely accessible. Bed and towel linen provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, hob, traditional oven and microwave. Coffee pods, tea bags, filter coffee machine and Nespresso are at your disposal.
The comfortable 20m² terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
We also welcome travellers to the KerElo gîte located opposite. The outdoor terrace is delimited by the fence that limits the facing view.
You can access the accommodation via a dead-end street with private parking, or through a neighbouring housing estate with public parking and pedestrian access through a gate.
The entrance and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available from 8am to 11pm if you need more information. A deposit is requested upon booking (deposit not debited).
