Description
In Ploudalmézeau, near the center and 5 km from the sea, this small house is located away from traffic, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the tenants are discreet. This house has been completely renovated. It is part of a Breton farmhouse composed of three independent cottages.
The KerLudi farmhouse is 35m², detached, and long. It features a 22m² living room/kitchen, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine, and a 9m² bedroom with a double bed (160x200). The living area features a sofa bed, with quality bedding, and a lift-up coffee table for teleworking sessions or meals in front of your favorite series. A television and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Bed linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available.
The comfortable 20m² terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors.
We also welcome guests to the KerElo gîte located across the street. The outdoor terrace is enclosed by a fence that limits privacy.
You can access the accommodation via a cul-de-sac with private parking, or via a neighboring development with public parking and a pedestrian gate.
Check-in and check-out are independent with a key-lock system. I am available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
