Oudon - House

Friendly house, spacious and very bright with all the comforts. In a family neighborhood highly appreciated by children. The pond 300m away has beaches, including 1 supervised by lifeguards in July/August. The Loire is a few hundred meters further and also offers beaches and especially scenic views.The center of Oudon is just a few steps away with its convenience store, bakeries, butcher, beautician, hairdressers, restaurants, bars, ...Our house is located in a charming village on the banks of the Loire. Our neighborhood is quite calm and composed of families with children aged 3 to 15. The configuration of the house is somewhat unique because it is on a sloping terrain (20% on average), so we opted for an entrance at the bedroom level (+ bathroom + WC) and a staircase that goes down to the living area (living room/dining room/kitchen 70m²) and to the master bedroom (+ dressing room and bathroom).This choice offers the advantage of having a balcony in 2 of the 3 bedrooms on the floor and having a living area that opens directly onto the terrace with its covered area and the tree-lined garden (600m²). Another advantage in summer is the coolness of the living areas and the master suite.The whole house is accessible except for the garage.We will be absent during your stay, but neighbors will be happy to show you around.
