The proximity of Ancenis (train station, shopping center, cinema, concert hall, etc.) and the banks of the Loire will allow you to combine the practical side with the pleasure of discovering the region. The small garden allows you to enjoy the beautiful days and the green and charming surroundings in contact with the biodiversity of the drinkings of Drain.The accommodation provides 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160x200) and another with 3 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a vanity unit. The toilets are separate. We provide bed linen and towels.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.No worries about parking, with parking at the entrance of the building and parking available on the street.Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
