Just minutes from the ocean, nestled between forest and lakes, this 44m² cottage is located in the center of the town of Aizenay. It enjoys a prime location, 20 minutes from the town of La Roche-sur-Yon, 30 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne, and 1 hour from Nantes Airport.
You'll enjoy convenient access to all shops just steps from your accommodation. Free parking is available right in front of the property.
This bright little house will delight families and business teams alike. It can accommodate up to 4 guests in its two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable mattresses: one with a large double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. Bed linen and towels are provided. The toilet is separate.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and Wi-Fi are free. A washing machine is available in the back kitchen.
Check-in and check-out are independent with a key-lock system. I am available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
