Description
Very bright and spacious, ideal for a few days in the heart of Segré, a charming town near Angers (25 minutes), our accommodation contains all the comforts to welcome you in good conditions.
You can enjoy the 42m² space of this T2 located on the 1st floor of a small building (1 accommodation per floor). The small American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and Wifi are accessible free of charge.
The accommodation has a bedroom with a large double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed in the living/dining room where you can also enjoy a balcony with a view of the cobbled street and the center of Segré.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a vanity unit. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels provided.

An optional baby bed can be installed before your arrival if needed. Do not hesitate to ask us.
Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
