Bright and comfortable, and ideal for a short stay in the heart of Segré—a charming town near Angers (25 minutes away)—our apartment offers all the amenities needed for a pleasant visit.

You will enjoy the 38m² of living space in this one-bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of a small building (with only one unit per floor). The compact open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and washing machine. A coffee machine is provided, along with coffee pods and tea bags. Free Wi-Fi and a TV are also available.

The apartment features a bedroom with a large double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed in the living/dining area. From the living area, you can access a balcony overlooking the cobblestone street and the center of Segré.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and a vanity unit; the toilet is separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Rue Émile Zola is located right in the town center, close to shops, amenities, and Segré's historic district. Free public parking is available just 100 meters away.

A baby cot and high chair can be set up prior to your arrival upon request—please don't hesitate to ask.

Check-in and check-out are self-service, using a key box system.
