Rue Émile Zola is located in the heart of town, within easy reach of amenities, shops, and Segré's historic center. The nearest public parking lots are just 100 meters away and are free of charge.
Our building—comprising three one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment—will be reserved entirely for your group, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The units offer a total of four queen-size beds (160x200 cm), two single beds, and four (new) sofa beds. Each apartment is fully equipped for your comfort and relaxation, featuring a TV, kitchen, and bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included for your convenience. You can also enjoy the terrace.
Please feel free to request a baby cot and high chair prior to your arrival if needed.
Check-in and check-out are self-service, using a key box system.
