You will appreciate the simplicity of the place in a village on the banks of the Loire with its medieval tower and welcoming city center.
This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It has 2 bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a spacious living room/kitchen that is perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings when the weather does not allow you to take advantage of the terrace for an outdoor meal.
The water body at 700 m will offer you beautiful walks and swimming (supervised in July and August). Your children can also enjoy a streetpark and outdoor games located just a few meters from the accommodation.
This small house has 2 double beds (160x200) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bed and bathroom linens are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and WiFi are freely accessible.
The bathroom is composed of a shower cabin and a sink unit.
Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not charged).
