Description
Between Nantes and Angers, discover the town of Oudon. Oudon is easily accessible from the A11 motorway (Ancenis exit)by train, as the town has a train station. You'll appreciate the simplicity of this village on the banks of the Loire, with its medieval tower and welcoming town center.
This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a living room/kitchen large enough to accommodate cozy evenings when the weather doesn't allow you to enjoy a meal on the terrace.
The lake, 700 meters away, offers beautiful walks and swimming (supervised in July and August). Your children can also enjoy a street park and outdoor games located just a few meters from the accommodation.
This small house has two double beds (160x200) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stovetop, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and free Wi-Fi are available.
The bathroom has a shower stall and a vanity unit.
Check-in and check-out are independent with a key-lock system. I am available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).

Aucune lampe de chevet, ni chevet, aucun meuble pour ranger les vêtements, juste un lit, compteur électrique dans la chambre, (lumière clignotante, et sonore) sans aucune protection, c'est la première chambre qui donne sur la rue.

Deuxième chambre. toujours pas de lampe de chevet, mais un chevet. salle de bain : armoire de toilette très vétuste, bac à douche idem, aucune patère. Chauffage non réglable. Manque d'entretien des lieux générale. Beaucoup de trace d'usure : lino troué, coin des murs dégradé. Trace de cercle sur la table de la salle à manger. J'ai pris des photos de l'ensemble à mon arrivée. Conclusion aucune envie de relouer, ou recommander ce gîte. Communication peu agréable avec le propriétaire qui se vante d'avoir beaucoup de gîte à gérer. Les photos sur le site ne sont plus d'actualité. |
