This spacious and unique cottage is located in the heart of the pretty town of Ancenis. Its large private terrace will offer you a breathtaking view of the Loire, the castle of Ancenis and the emblematic bridge of the town.

Accessible on the 2nd floor, of a small building of 5 apartments. The common entrance gives access to 2 staircases then to your apartment door.

You will enter through the large living room which will welcome all the guests around a large table, you will also find a sofa and comfortable armchairs. The adjoining kitchen will allow you to access the terrace and the sleeping area above. ​This accommodation is a duplex, the bedrooms are therefore accessible with another staircase.

You will have a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed (160x200) and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom, also located upstairs, is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit and a second toilet. A separate toilet is accessible in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and Wi-Fi are accessible free of charge.

For parking, a large car park is located 100 meters from the building and spaces are often available on the street.

Entry and departure are independent with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
